Everyday, our chefs create fresh seafood specialties guaranteed to delight your palate. For the more daring, we offer fabulous east Mediterranean choices with a Middle Eastern flair. Try the Yogurt Kafta Kabob, Stuffed Kibbeh, or Mousakhan for a whole new experience in cuisine. Our chefs utilize styles from Lebanon, Italy, Israel, Greece, Morocco, France, and Spain in order to create the most dynamic, flavorful, and healthy menu on the beach.

Hookah Pipe
Iconic images like that of the slow, languid caterpillar puffing away in Alice in Wonderland have ensured we are all familiar with the sight of the elaborate hookah pipe. Originally a Middle Eastern tradition, the art of smoking fruit flavored tobacco through a water pipe has become a popular tradition in the West as well. With hookah cafes already open in Charlotte, San Francisco, Chicago, and other U.S. cities, it was only a matter of time before we had a Brevard County version!

Skewers Mediterranean Grill is proud to announce that we offer a fabulous selection of hookahs, along with a variety of aromatic flavored tobacco! We have a beautiful Garden setting in which to enjoy this unique experience with friends! We feel that enjoying the hookah need not necessarily be a strictly Middle Eastern cultural image, but can become a trend that fits in with Western culture just as well! One can enjoy the hookah after a fabulous dinner, before going to a club, or as just an afternoon social occasion. The tobacco used is mixed with fruit pulp and smoking it is an entirely different experience than a cigarette, due to being tar-free, low in nicotine, and very social.
